Kelly Dufour

 Lead Pastor

Kelly has served as the lead pastor of Neighborhood Church since 2008 and has been in full-time pastoral ministry for over 25 years. His wife and ministry partner for over 25 years is Tricia. They have four children and two grandchild. In addition to his ministry as lead pastor, Kelly serves our community as a Chaplain with Tangent Fire, Albany Police and Linn County Sheriff’s Office. Kelly loves this community and has lived in this valley for nearly 30 years. He is passionate about creating a church culture that reaches families and embraces people right where they are in life, teaching the Bible in very relevant and  practical ways, elevating the quality of family life in our community, and serving our local public safety members and families during life’s most traumatic moments. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing keys and singing in a local 70’s rock band, camping, reading, and leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
